Claire Redstone (Pepper Kester) discovers a primitive research facility with both a stolen, atomized version of the Resident Virus and an experimental anti-virus, called The Vanguard. She also discovers a sinister examination table fitted in such a way that both can be administered at the same time to a human subject, allowing the researchers to observe as virus and anti-virus battle for control inside the subject’s body… (I think you can imagine what happens next.)
